Conquering Debts Once and For All...

I'm ttyping this on my brand spanking, shiny new Galaxy tablet. Finding it a little hard to get used to the keyboard. It's great that i can read the diaries without it taking ages to load!
I'm now flying solo in my new job, taking calls from farmers about cows. You wouldn't believe how much there is to learn about them. The shift i am on is not the best, 9.30 - 6.00 but hopefully change in the not too distant future. The ideal shift would be another8.00 - 4.30 then Mr F and i can drive to work together.
So far this week i have managed 3 NSD days and hopefully tomorrow will be another.Diary: Conquering Debts Once and For All

I'm sitting at home feeling a tad sorry for myself. I woke up in the middle of the night not feeling too well, and the dr confirmed it this morning I have a water infection. So, it's 2 days off work for me and antibiotics for a week.
On the plus side the sun is shining so at least I have the doors open and have managed to get my washing dry.
Work is going well. As I said previously who knew there was so much to learn about cows?We have 2 new starters in our team so at least I'm no longer the newbie.
Mr F and I had a lovely night out on Saturday. A friend's 40th birthday at a Mexican restaurant in town. I bought a new outfit for the occasion and for the first tea in ages I wore nail polish. Mr F picked the colour, bright orange! :rotfl: Mr F even managed to bag a voucher for one free main so the meal wasn't too expensive. We caught the bus in and got a lift home, so no expensive taxis either.Diary: Conquering Debts Once and For All

Thanks brizzle. Feeling a little better today although still uncomfortable. I don't seem to be in the mood to do much either. I feel like I should be doing something but can't decide what. Don't feel like going for a walk, in case I get caught short, not even in the mood for any crocheting which is a rarity. Even the weather can't make it's mind up what to do today, windy and cloudy one minute, sunny the next.Diary: Conquering Debts Once and For All

Thanks Brizzle, i'm getting there although it's been 5 days now and I'm still not right. Another 2 days of antibiotics left so hopefully they'll do the trick.
Was a lovely day here yesterday but today is wet and windy.Diary: Conquering Debts Once and For All

I must try and have a proper catch up of diaries over the weekend. I don't know where the time has gone recently.
The weather is hot and humid just now although we've had quite a lot of rain today. We're also expecting to catch the tail end of tropical cyclone Evan that hit Samoa and Fiji in the last few days. The met service is saying we can expect temperatures in the high 20/low 30s. Far out. The humidity is something I struggle with and it gets particularly bad in Hamilton at this time of year.
It also makes it hard to get into the festive spirit. I have finished my gift shopping but still have a lot of wrapping to do.Diary: Conquering Debts Once and For All
