I had a call today at an electrical store and the sales assistant could not be ar*ed at all, he was so laid back saying "all the info is on the display tickets", this makes me angry as his poor colleagues get it in the neck too, plus I did one there a few months back and had a fantastic assistant so it seems to me that its not poor training just a lazy b*gger!.

it was spray and proib could not be helped but it made me want to get out of the shop. i am just waded through pages of

I'd be careful then as its something they can't control a bit like if someone had a tick.

it was the stupid smart phone one just meag confusing does not ask and Sales assistant.

Problem is, in a customer facing role that is a health risk and will cost the company money as I would leave the store quickly if approached by someone like that.

I emailed again and received a very apologetic reply as it should have been paid but hadn't been. Within 15 minutes my paypal account was looking fuller :j
