Glad you got that sorted, I've always wondered what I'd do if that happened to me! I sent the email to both the allocator and the support team, so hopefully one of them will sort it! I once got four points taken off during a phone call because the man was very heavily accented and I could not for the life of me, even after repeated listens, decipher his name. I wasn't told why the points were taken off, I enquired, that's the reason they gave, but that they would reinstate the points on this occasion.0

Well, no joy out of that allocator, she simply reiterated the question I was queried on and said that there was "an image rejection and other questions". I asked what was wrong with the image and why they didn't ask me about that, as I found it quite rude to deduct points without telling me. I also pointed out that the same question on the other report was not queried and said that it must have been read by someone more sensible!0

Email Tim. That'll light a fire under them. This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.:j:j:j:j0 -
I've got a posh sandwich on Thursday - looking forward to the report... ha! My favourite question* is the one about how attentive the team were, with the top option being 'Super Team!'. I get more and more sarcastic each time when explaining why I did not select that option. In all seriousness, unless they are giving me a massage and telling me how wonderful I am, while providing insightful career and relationships advice, I'm never going to call them a Super Team. Sorry, not just Super Team... 'Super Team!' - don't forget the exclamation point.
*question that most makes me want to die0 -

Tell them you expect your questions to be answered in the same amount of detail expected in the report and that "an image rejection and other questions" isn't suficient enough detail.
If errors have been made you expect them to take the time to explain these to you so that you can complete future work fully to the best of you ability and that quality report standards can be acheieved (try hard not to laugh as I say this)I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0 -
Daily Star are doing the "buy the newspaper and get a voucher for a free item at Greggs" again this week. The paper costs 30p. I think it's sausage roll and soup this week if anyone wants to amalgamate that with some ms today.
Also, a lot of Boots stores are discontinuing ink cartridges. These include Lexmark, HP and Epson. Apparently, they never sell. Who would have thought ink cartridges in a beauty/pharmacy store eh? I managed to get my paws on about 15 boxes @ £2 each. So might be worth keeping your eyes open if you want to get some cheap and someone has not already cleared your store out.0 -

Apparently they were unimpressed that I submitted a handwritten piece of paper rather than a printout. Anyway, I've done it, I sent what you said in response! I love how audacious RE have made me. My response (yes, I've copied and pasted a lot of what you said verbatim, hope that's alright!):
I disagree. The question asked for a reason, I gave a reason. Also, I clearly stated in the comment box under the photo that I had asked for a compliment slip but was given the bit of paper. What, pray tell, ought I have done? Demanded that I have a printout? I thought the idea was that we don’t make it obvious that we’re mystery shoppers by behaving weirdly, doing something like that would certainly raise alarm bells.
I expect my questions to be answered in the same level of detail expected from me in the reports – “an image rejection and other questions” is not sufficient. I expect any errors to be explained to me so that I can complete future work fully to the best of my ability and that quality report standards can be achieved.0 -

Excellent, I will drop him a line laterI can't speak for this fellow, but if I were running an MS co, I'd be less than impressed that my proof readers were something of a joke in the shopper community. Mind you, with the fees they pay, I'm doubtful that he'd care much
Wondering if I'm in for the boot soon now that I'm standing up for myself and calling them out on their crap. Can't say I'd care much if they did, they've not had anything half-decent in ages! Where are the bookies and the pubs where you can go in on your own or with a mate, buy two drinks within the reimbursement AND an alright fee on top?0
