Gypsy ...real live people
One gets offended at the scheming, drug taking , scum bag rubbish and the other does not really exist..big difference
How is that hard to understand ??????????????
You mean you do not have them living at the bottom of the garden!!!!!!
Women are real live people, so by that reasoning no one should have a user name such as 'scheming woman' for example?

Can I quote you on that?
OP, whether they can chase you for the difference or not largely depends on their terms and conditions and whether they have key phrases included.
You may also have a hard time proving that £25 in comparison to the £200 is a realistic price. If you order more you would just be confirming that you suspected a pricing error/glitch and knowingly took advantage of it - therefore imo not acting in good faith.
On another note, it may be worthwhile checking that the company involved have not opened a credit account for you. There have been a few instances of Next doing so and I know from personal experience, sometimes companies do this without making it 100% clear or entice the consumer to open a credit account by offering a discount.
It is also worthwhile checking the company involved are registered in the UK and are subject to UK law.You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -

but you are being very niave.
You agreed to pay the price minus 10% by clicking on purchase.
the fact they had an error in their system/processing and you were charged much less than this is an accepted hazard of business in law and means that you are still liable for the difference if they ask or choose to chase you for settlement.(within a reasonable length of time).
your ignorance of mathmatics is irrelevant im afraid.
If someone gives me a 5% discount on a £100 item but accidentally applies a 50% discount and quotes me £50, which I pay, rather than £95, they don't have any rights to another £45.Competition wins: Where's Wally Goody Bag, Club badge branded football, Nivea for Men Goody Bag0 -
