but you are being very niave.
You agreed to pay the price minus 10% by clicking on purchase.
the fact they had an error in their system/processing and you were charged much less than this is an accepted hazard of business in law and means that you are still liable for the difference if they ask or choose to chase you for settlement.(within a reasonable length of time).
your ignorance of mathmatics is irrelevant im afraid.0 -
I'm sure I can get vicmorrow a very Realistic Vagina,Masturbation toy - doll for a tenner reduced from £200 with my discounts
I'm sure you can, I'm surprised you can't get it for free as you probably have enough loyalty points...but I'll pass as
I have no problem getting and enjoying the real thing.
Still not mistake free I see.0 -

As for your user name > well are you a Gypsy ? Are you Scheming ? Or did you just think it was cute ? would you have one that said scheming black ? if you were neither ?0 -
Thats not what we are debating!
we are debating the law if they choose to chase you for settlement!
Whether they charge your card or send the boys round to collect in the eyes of the law you still OWE THEM THE DIFFERENCE!
you knew how much you should be paying but you ended up paying less because there was a system error.
The law would side with them!
What if it was for £10,000,000 ? do you think that the courts would say to the seller "oh well fair enough you only charged them £20 so it's your fault!" of course they wouldn't! which is why the law is equally applied to any purchase.0 -

Have you ever bought anything when you know the price is wrong? Another words have you ever tried to buy a price glitch item??
IF you say no then you are lieing!!
Nope...never....so you did know the price was wrong then?
'Another words'? Mistakes happen...we all realise that and move on?0 -
Taking about enough loyalty points.
I forgot to go though topcashback while I purchased them £200 items. Even though I paid about £25 my cashback would of though I paid £200 and I could of got over £15 cashback but I rushed the order
I'm sure your favourite doll didn't mind the sudden rush to completion at the beginning either?0 -

Did you not read my example?
are you that stubborn you think you are in the right? T&C's do not (and cannot) contravene established law. (this protects for sellers as well as purchasers! for EXACTLY this kind of circumstance)
good luck fighting this one out if they chose to chase you and you refuse to pay.
You are misguided and have listened to too much bad advice. You deserve to be made an example of.0 -
