Congratulations to JulieGeorgiana and all the family on the birth of your beautiful little baby girl.Lovely news.:j:j:j
Just waiting for tea to finish-turkey & ham pie, with mash and peas.Made a batch of leek and potato soup at lunchtime too,but i didnt end up eating any as the men came home with 2 portions of 'chippy' chips and I ended up having a chip butty. They had soup as well but I was full.
I feel like I've been cleaning and tidying all day ready for the viewing in the morning.Although we emptied the loft when we thought we'd sold before Xmas,I am putting a bit back in,DGD has got too big for her Moses basket now,and some other bits,so up they go out of the way.I still need to clean the outside of the oven..Its a strange mirrored glass type finish and shows up every grease spot-the only way to do it is with a stardop dampened ecloth, and then buff with a dry ecloth. If you use an ordinary cloth it looks awful
Going to curl up with my book after tea, determined to finish it tonight-I want to know what happens:heartsmil 'A woman is like a teabag: You never know her strength until you drop her in hot water'. (Eleanor Roosevelt)0 -
Thank you so much too everyone x
Eliza and I go home tomorrow (she had 24 hour observations, but is doing so well that they said they could have sent us home this morning). If all things going well I will be obligated to post photos on facebook for overseas family... so will post a picture here by the end of the weekend with luck
Eliza seems to be a sleeper so far... 14hrs sleep since she was born.
She sleeps through all the noise here

JulieG Congratulations on the birth of your baby girl, smashing name Eliza (my Grannies name as well)I look forward to seeing pictures of your new precious little one I hope you are making the most of the sleep honey I wish you and your little family all the very best for the future,8lbs.8ozs is good size as well (my eldest DDs, but she took two days to turn up and was 11 days late as well.:)
LW Not everyone is cut out to be a Mum, and your decision is your choice dear, ignore the ones who make nasty comments.I bet you make a smashing Auntie though. My late Aunt Edie was a fantastic lady who never wanted children herself, but adored her nieces, nephews and godchildren. We all missed her dreadfully when she sadly passed away. When she visited us from the USA it was like Christmas and birthdays all rolled into one,she was such fun to be with, bless her, and her OH worshiped the ground she walked on.
Just off to have my dinner fish, spuds and veggies then feet up for the rest of the evening
Cheers chums

Evening All,
JulieG enjoy your quiet time with Eliza, one of the most wonderful feelings is going to sleep after the birth and waking up and seeing your beautiful baby x
Rosy good luck with your viewing tomorrow
We've had some good news, DS3 managed to get a C in his English GCSE Yaaa:j English is his most difficult subject, no problem with Maths and Science but he needed this pass to get on his college course in Australia so we are all really pleased:D
Just had sweet and sour sticky chicken stir fry from SW magazine, absolutley delish with SFjelly and yoghurt for afterwards. We are all eating the same as its much easier and everyone enjoyed it. Tomorrow going to try the chicken and veg tray bake.
Feel satisfied so far and have planned for a couple of glasses of wine with my sins tonight. Have also done a 45min walk and some squats and calf raises ooh get me:A wouldn't it be great if every day went so well.
Have a good evening allStarted Self Managed DMP 10th May 2017.
