This applies even more so for bosses of financial institutions such as banks. I mean how hard can it be to be paid megabucks to lose billions of pounds?Makes you wonder why these top bosses are paid so much for doing and thinking so little.
Also if they are such hard workers, how can they be on the board of so many companies simultaneously? Jobs for the boys...surely not

A few reasons I don't shop at Tesco as much as I used to:
1, Price of 4pints milk - Tesco have scrapped their 2 for £2 offer, so now it's £1.18 each. Asda sell it at 2 for £2...so buy the milk from Asda.
2, Clubcard vouchers now earn 1 point per pound, this is down from 2 points per pound.
3, All the price drop items were none of the items on my shopping list.
4, Asda always seem to have better offers on nappies than Tesco.
5, Find more offers on essentials at Asda than at Tesco.0 -
Its no surprise that Waitrose and growing and posting better and better profit figures. Their 'Essentials' range has really changed the game for them, it means they offer a value product that is far better quality than other supermarket 'value' or 'own brand' ranges but makes them a lot more competitive on price than they used to be. I also find their stores uncluttered and well laid out, and the staff friendly and well trained.
the discount stores are also changing the supermarket game, people are growing increasingly aware that they can get the same cleaning products, toiletries and groceries for the same price as the main supermarkets, and the 'stigma' of shopping at a discount store has pretty much gone.
Waitrose/Aldi - the perfect combination. Who needs Tesco any more?

I used to shop nowhere else, until I got fed up with the 'sneaky' price rises. Now I only shop there rarely.0

I hardly shop there now to be honest, only for something special or to look at clothes (not that there's much of a selection at my local storel.
Tesco.... ? For Clothes ....? DEFINITELY NOT !!
Whenever I go there to have a look to see if they have owt special, or worth wearing, I am totally amazed at the pure 'old-fashionedness' of the clothes !
I would like to ask WHO is the buyer.. ( I keep meaning to ask someone who works there, but never have done, - they're all too busy ( ! ) anyway, to give an answer )
I think the buyer ( at least for the womens clothing, ) must be around 80 and still living in the 50's.
I just refuse to buy their clothes, there are much better and fashionable items in charity shops. Truthfully !0
