I am disgusted that we went in today and their dry cider has increased by over 50p in 2 days! And peanut butter by 40 something P! I know I don't necessarily need cider, but just the fact they are cheeky enough to increase it by over 50p in the 2 days since I last visited is appalling.

Market closed and Tesco lost 15.3% off its value.

Its all in the tv news...

I must admit.. i am glad they are payback for thinking we were going stay loyal when they were trying to tuck us up with their price drop promotion....

What they dont realise the damage is now done, and people will remember this scam. because in my view it is.....

I also think this promotion should be investigated.... as even though they might be with the legal requirements for a price promotion... it is sooooooooooooooooo blatant, it stinks...

I really hope more and more customers see them for what they are!!
I agree with COOLTRIKERCHICK, not just Tesco either, the way the prices are manipulated to create confusion and an illusion is disgusting.

I shop around for stuff - even though I work for Sainsburys and get discount.

I get most fruit and veg from Aldi, toiletries and cleaning products from Wilkinsons.

The only thing I go in Tesco is for the odd deal. I don't like their ethos and culture.

I am another one that would make a special trip to Tesco each week because they accepted coupons so easily.

Since that all changed I hardly ever shop there now.

Even the guy from Tesco said they had made a mistake as competitors had given out money off coupons and they had not done the same.

Perhaps we can look forward to come major changes on the coupon front now?
