Slow cooked Brisket today, will let you all know tomorrow how it was.
Wages definately going in to new account tomorrow and the last of the DD done last night, i feel happy but scared at what the future holds, i've certainly slept better the last few days, i had to remind DOH last night that up to around 7years ago we never lived on credit, we used to go on exotic hols, but we never, never credit carded them, we always saved up for them so we have done it before , so can do it againLBM 2 and the OH is onboard sept 12, DMP will start on the 1st November, DFD who cares as longs as it comes:)

If you like Chinese flavours and have an oriental supermarket nearby, beef is fantastic in the slow cooker with dried tangerine peel, szechuan peppercorns and star anise. I marinaded it the night before then left it in all day and it fell apart, I think ours was Morrisons whoopsie Silverside but Brisket would be fine too.
Well done on all the actions and the attitude :TLBM 10/1/12 ~ DFW Start 6/2/12: £82,344 ~ Now Zero:staradmin:starmod::staradmin Debt free 17th April 2015 :staradmin:starmod::staradmin
