What number do they phone on?

And also how long have you been waiting?

    Thanks for the info!

    Accepted post on 21st April.

They rang the only number they had for me. Simply gave me the start date and location and then said would be sending me "the paperwork".

I was contact yesterday and offered start date of June 6th, :j they called my mobile which was my only contact number and I have been waiting for 4 weeks, hope that info helps!

Good luck to you all and thanks again for all the info you have all posted

Hi, I see we have the same start date - just wondered if we were going to the same area. I'm Worcestershire etc.
  • Well, after 4 & half weeks of waiting (since I accepted my provisional offer) I have just a firm offer for North/Mid-Wales. I was really worried that I would end up with a location which was unworkable, but I needn't have worried - I have been offered my local JCP, so am absolutely over the moon!

Also, the roles being offered seem to be quite varied. I have been offered a role (can't remember the exact title as I was just so excited) which will require me being out and about quite alot, visiting employers, discussing training etc.

I am absolutely thrilled that this has all come together and can't wait to start in a months time.

Oh, and I was told that 'where possible' they try to offer people the nearest JCP to their address, so good luck to those of you who are still waiting to hear where you will be posted.

I hope to see many more excited posts here soon!!! x

Well done Sara - sounds like you've been given the LMRA job (I'm not sure if they've changed the name of the role). It is quite good, I've got friends who've done it in the past, and you don't spend too much time in the office which can be nice. You also get to do Job Fairs and things like that which are great for getting freebies (like pens and the like) from employers :D

Does anyone know, if the role offered , team leader, training, finance, personal advisor, etc is based on the marks obtained in relevant competency! Experience or is it a random selection????
