JessStar: You would certainly get an offer from B&S as I have one with a lower score. All the best.
I am not sure what to do now. I have an offer for B&S but reserve list for BC. The trouble is BC for me is much more convenient distance wise. If I accept B&S for now, they might remove me from their lists alltogether and I may never get to work closer to home. However, if I don't accept my offer for B&S, I may be left without any offer at all as I may never make it to BC. Someone said they are on the reserve list with 34 and I only have 30 so I must be a lot lower down on the list. Don't know what to do, such a dilemma!!!
On a separate note, I believe Wandafish for the fact she had to take an additional exam. I have learnt that never judge people based on your own experiences. I actually pity Mrsmooth for her narrow outlook in life.
Good luck to those still waiting. BC & B&S guys please share ur score and what area you are picking. I am still waiting for Staff result but that was my 3rd preference out of the three so it does not really matter so much now.
My OH only applied for B&S and got a score of 35..So Birmingham/Solihull will be the area (I think Wolvehampton comes under B&S as well)0 -

I just copied the ref number and area as it was written on the CS jobs portal and pasted it into the subject line for my reply, deleting the original subject from ESSR..
Eg:
"Re: 1328227 - Executive Officer/Band C Hampshire and Isle of Wight"0 -
As far as I'm aware you can get posted anywhere within the region you applied although they will try and accomadate people with their preferred offices. That why I applied to 2 regions selly oak in B&S is my nearest but I can just as easily get to smethwick which falls under BC.
I think is best to accept multiple offers and then decide once the final decisions are made, that way I'll know exactly which offices I will get to choose from.
Can you accept 2 offers or does the system only allow you to accept 1? Totally understand why you want to keep your options open though0 -

Wolverhampton falls under Black County , I Think maybe 35 may have been the top score in Birmingham and Solihull...Dont thhink I've heard anything higher but I could be wrong0 -

As I am on the reserve list I am hoping that I've still got a chance.
I wonder if they also take it into account when existing civil servants leave the dept. I know of at least 2 EOs from a B'ham office who are retiring in July so will this free up two posts that reserve list applicants could be offered?
That would be nice,
Hopefully there's a few of the EO's locally here that fancy retiring too - I am in Bournemouth after all!0 -
Just a quick question. The people who have been accepted for E.London with 40 and 39. What are the first letters of your surname?
Wonder if they are doing all the offers/declines in alphabetical order or if they are sending out all provisional offers first and then declines after0 -

Hi
Yeah you can accept multiple provisonal offers but will have to choose 1 once the final offers have come out and the checks have been done.
It seems a little silly but I suppose has its good and bad points.
Its good for people like me who live on the border of 2 areas but may seem a little harsh when people are waiting on reserve etc.0 -

As you don't accept on the system, but by return email it's difficult to tell. However I've sent two emails, replying to each offer stating that I am accepting two offers - and I've completed the "next step" section for each offer so... Fingers crossed it worked!
If only they indicated the office location they were hoping to place you in at this stage - I would gladly only accept one provisional offer!0 -
Just got an application status sayin applocation on hold and iv been put on reserve list with a score of 32 for East London. Really hope i can get a place though0
