Hi everyone i scored 37 and got an email this morning to say i have been placed on the reserve list, I have seen someone on this form has had an offer at 40 for this district does anyone else know anything about where the cut off is or anything? Really hope I get offered something

I admit I wasn't totally honest with my interview scores, purely because of the abuse I took when I put my application scores on. I didn't want to admit I'd scored relatively poorly and leave myself open to people gloating. Sorry. I figured if I didn't get an offer I'd just fade into the background and never post again..!

I spoke to a band D yesterday who has been on the panel, and he advised me the offers are being made on interview score only... I am not too worried as I now have 2 provisional offers and 1 reserve list...

Sorry I haven't disclosed my score to anyone because it was shamefully low, all I will say is that it's between 20 and 30.
