Fair point, but I can see both sides of the argument.
So am I right in thinking your home district is Black Country, but it would be easier for you to travel to an office under Birmingham & Solihull? Or is it the other way round?
I wonder if they go by districts to people who have to sign on? If so, over an hour to sign on if you live in your area is a p*ss take!
Matt
Yeah. I've got a DY postcode, but live in quite a rural area. Buses tend to run on an hourly basis. Trains into Birmigham/Solihull, however, are every 10 minutes and the station is a 5 min walk away. Most of the BC area would be a right pain in the bum to get to, but most Birmingham offices could be reached under an hour, as train + bus/walk is quicker than walk for miles+3 buses+walk for miles lol0 -
Hi jempolly
Sorry I haven't disclosed my score to anyone because it was shamefully low, all I will say is that it's between 20 and 30.
There is nothing to be ashamed of. You have followed the process and scored according to how you have performed in the interview. Some people are good at interviews and some are not. It does not actually say how good or bad you will be at the job. It is merely the performance you gave on that day. Perhaps with more preparations, you might have done better. Therefore you should be proud of yourself and just think of all the people who have not made it to this stage and that in itself is an achievement.0 -

Thank you
that's a very sweet and encouraging thing to say.
Bless You xx0 -
Same here. I'm not gonna wait 6 months for them though.
As far as I'm concerned this experience has come to an end for me.
Good luck to all of you still waiting!
I can understand why you feel like that. If I end up on the reserve list after all this long winded nonsense I think my attitude will be 'they had their chance and they blew it'
This has to be the most bizarre application for a job I have ever put myself through.................. and I can sincerely say I would never set myself up for this again!!!!0 -

Congrats Vegas - so thrilled for you. Glad the wait is over and grateful they posted results over the weekend, so we didn't have to wait into next week. Where are you hoping for?0
