My score was only 32 for East London so def not hopeful now even though i really want it. Been out of work since May 2011.... My heart is set on this. Please can anyone else let me know if you have received update from E.London
As you have seen in this forum, the scores vary from region to region. I have heard rejection emails received last week for East Londoners. I have now received mine today (Sunday). This is my presumption. I do not think the scores are very high for East London and hence, the offers must be based on the top marrks being offered first and working its way down. If my presumption is correct, there is a possibility you might get an offer or at least put on the waiting lists. By the time all the checks are carried out, some of the people offered will pull out. This will give people on the waiting lists more chances. As for me, I am still waiting to take on the position I have mentioned earlier in my previous thread (once again checks) and hopefully, I shall be one of the people who will be turning down this offer, thus giving more opportunities to those on the waiting lists. Therefore a lot can happen between now and when people take up their positions. Do not lose heart and what will be will be. Good Luck.0 -
What sort of numbers do we think the Reserve list would be?
50 vacancies so 50 offers and 50 on reserve for example?0 -

Hey guys I applied for Kent and east London as I'm kind of on the border of both of them. I had my interview for the Kent region and scored 35.
On the cs portal next to Kent it says scheduled for 1st interview and for east London it still says situation test complete does anyone else have this problem as well.
Well done to everyone receiving offers and reserve lists.0 -
I have been reading my offer email and found this bit of news interesting.
If this is the only Executive Officer vacancy for which you have
applied, please confirm, by replying to this email within 5 working
days, whether or not you wish to provisionally accept this offer.
Please include reference number and location in email subject heading.
Email address to respond to is; ESSR.NORTHEAST@DWP.GSI.GOV.UK
It looks like I am given a preference re: location.0 -

That's not a problem, that's exactly as it should say until you get offered/reserve listed/declined0 -

Got a provisional offer with a score of 39. I previously posted that I got a score of 40, but that was simply a miscalculation on my part in the rush to post my score on the forum. Slightly surprised after hearing people had been put on reserve lists for 40+ scores but really happy!
On a bloody Sunday as well!!
Good luck to all

It will stay like that until the rejections/waiting lists/offers come out. It's fine, it just means they haven't got around to releasing your offer results yet.0
