Partner got her email for reserve list for Bham & Solihull with a score of 25. Lets hope people drop out!!!
Matt
I hope your partner gets an offer, Interviews In Birmingham and Solihull were marked notoriously tough!! there will be plenty of people who drop out as they have other jobs etc, so tell her not to be too dissapointed just yet
(I'm one of those people as have an interview this week and if i get this i will be declining my offer, so will be freeing up a space to those on the reserve list, and i bet there will be loads more people like me)
Good luck to your wife0 -
yehhhh i got an offer too.

I was virtually promised by the panel that ALL those on the waiting list should get a post within the 6 months.
During my previous 8yrs with DWP they used to stage a mass AO or EO recruitment and then another one shortly after because so many 'dropped out' or were unsuitable. I think the waiting list has been made to remedy this and prevent the cost of another recruitment drive.
Thanks for that, it's "straightened me out" of my gloom!0 -

I am going on holdiay tomorrow for a week out of the country and no email although i have gave details for my mum to check lol. It just says they will contact me with a location and start date shortly. I have quickly emailed them back accepting lol Get this bit of news but still thinking of where I may be posted lol

Sherri,
I work for the department, have applied for multi districts, for some reason NW is asking me to fill in references etc in readiness for checks! I'm going to have to give them a ring monday morning to find out what's going on...
Congrats on the job though! Have you applied for just this one? or multi?0
