Just got the "reserve list" email. A bit gutted, but at least I got that far. Just see what the next 6 months holds.

Stay hopeful! Like many people have said - lots applied for multiple districts and will turn down offers so fingers crossed the wait will be short.
I was virtually promised by the panel that ALL those on the waiting list should get a post within the 6 months.
During my previous 8yrs with DWP they used to stage a mass AO or EO recruitment and then another one shortly after because so many 'dropped out' or were unsuitable. I think the waiting list has been made to remedy this and prevent the cost of another recruitment drive.

Yeah I hope you get an offer too, apparently they get through their reserve lists pretty quickly as a lot of people decline because they have found another job or they fail employment and ref checks.

A friend has had a offer on 38 this Morning for Manchester, hope West Yorks are soon it's great to see all the offers, this has been a process and a half.

Thank you so much, dont be too disheartened as the reserve list beacuse in my email it says that If offered more than one location ( I applied to BC too) you have to make a choice...so some people will drop out of bham as they want to work in the black country etc.

Hope your wait is not too long, I'm sure you'll get an offer soon.
