Checked this thread yesterday and today there are 5 new pages, I got my hopes up that we were starting to get some news! Silly me.

My DH is Hants/IOW and still waiting to hear. He's an external candidate on 37 points which is meaningless really in terms of trying to second guess anything. Without us being in full possession of the facts and figures relating to individual areas, everything is pure conjecture and mind games, arrrggghhgh. It's over 7 weeks since his interview, enough to drive you crazy (if you let it, which of course we have!). Good luck to all of us, everything crossed and double crossed. This has been a great forum for encouragement and support, let's hope we can all share in some celebrations soooooon. Tabs

You are right no news on this side . I read somewhere on the thread that someone s friends in Glasgow reported results, rumour I guess. Yes Glasgow and Edinburgh hear the results almost same time, their sorting mini office is in Kirkcaldy. Let's hope the results come out soon, this waiting is causing a high and low heart beat, stopping breath every time I refresh my cs site and lost kinda feeling. Just want this to be over soon .

That was me. Last saturday some of the Glasgow applicants heard, however I contacted the recruitment team tell me that these people were told in error, being mixed up with the west of scotland recruitment. Apparently there was quite a screw up at shared services, as no results were supposed to go out until all districts were finalised, and then some dumbass went ahead and issued west of scotland! I didnt believe them at the time, but I've had some confirmation on that now from some internal contacts I have. So Glasgow is back in limbo waiting to hear.....

I have just been looking on Twitter and there are quite a few comments from people who have received rejection emails today, so they are definitely going out slowly.

I only hope that the rejections go out before the offers.

Has anyone on here actually received and offer yet???

I don't think I've seen anyone who has received an offer yet, couple of Scotland candidates with 'waiting list' emails. My score of 45/45 should hopefully qualify for an offer... We'll see eh?! :rotfl:

Yeah I agree. It certainly looks like they are sending the rejected emails first.

I never thought I'd be saying I hope I don't get a message until next week!:cool:
