Not necessarily It depend on each district and how many job's and how many people passed at a certain mark. If lots passed then pass mark is high and if not many passed then pass mark lowered

Not really, it's not about marks, it's random. Like lotto.
May be in your district there are more vacancies and less people secured that scores.

I know that, but if you look at the emails you received they are from essr.northeast..... so in this scenario of CS sites, this one is one of the East Sites.....hope that helps.

May be you are right, but my post title says review vacancy for east and south east scotland and the location form I submitted did not have Glasgow ,Lanarkshire , Dunbartonshire on it , only edinburgh, Perth, st Andrew, and 19 other small towns .
