Can anybody confirm whether east London applicants will be getting their sift scores. My interview is v.soon and still no feedback, so I have nothing to go on as to whether I should make major changes or not to my original competencies.

Also, how has the interview been for those already interviewed in east London? Good interviewers? Decent questions?

Interview for West Yorkshire Yesterday. One person interviewing and one taking notes - they took turns to ask a question. They give you the heading and then ask a question around it. I was really,really nervous - I'm usually fine in Interviews too. I honestly sat in my car afterwards and was convinced I'd messed up. My scores went on Today!! Couldn't believe on so quick. Anyway lovely comments and scored 8,8,8,9 and 8 so I am over the moon. Does anyone know if these scores are added to the test and sift scores? The roles are mainly for Personal Advisors with the 18-24 age group. I was advised they would hope to let people know in a couple of weeks if passed. The soap opera continues.........

I have just got my interview feedback from South Wessex (interview on 6th March) 7,7,7,8,8

Have no clue if that's going to be enough but am very pleased My first formal interview!!!

So what's the next stage?

I had my interview for North East (northumberland) last Tuesday at 3.15pm and had my feedback on the site by 2pm on Wednesday, I guess it just depends on the area - I think I was the last interview on the last day as there was no other slots after that.

I came out with 9,9,9,8,9 which I'm over the moon with. I was told in the interview I would hear the outcome by the end of March.

hi, i got my interview on saturday and i tend to get nervous at interviews. has anyone got nevous for thier interview yet for decent/good scores.

also, when you said for example i was a team leader for boots, do they asked for dates or other details.
