Would you like one of us to attend the interview for you as well as help re-write your examples??! For goodness sake, there is plenty of advice on here, for those of us that have been interviewed already we've managed to write the comp's and been questioned on them so we don't want to have to hold everyone's hand through the process! Read the advice others gave you before and provide more specific examples of what you did and how you did it not just I demonstrate blah blah.

Hi, I felt like that too. I was stuck when they asked the question and had to say the notes I had didnt fit the question can I have a min to think which felt like ages. But turns out I didnt do as bad as I thought. They also pull what they need from your other examples if needs be. So I wouldn't worry too mug about it xx good luck for results

Competencies written...
....then re-written
....then re-wrote the re-written.
.....amended them again today.
I think they're ok, or shall I have another bash at them.LOL..................
...It's driving me mad!

Are you trying to wind people up???? I have seen so many people in this forum trying to help you. The explanations have been very clear and it cannot be any easier. You seem to be on a one tracked mission and I don't think its fair on other genuine people who requires help through this forum. I have seen examplary advice coming from selfless people and please do not pxxx them off. Give it a rest :mad:

I just had my interview seems like it went ok but some questions did stomp me with how specific they were.

OK, I'm going to give some real advice before I leave the forum.

Disregard everything you read in this forum, and Just read the guides given out by the DWP.

They told me they want an answer to the specific question they dont want the rest of the competency, and they did cut answers short. STAR format on the Specific question = Winner here. I wish someone pointed that out for me as easily as I have.
