So dont worry, 2nd of March is not the longest waiting time.

Congrats to all the high interview scorers!!! Well done to you all You sure are great at communicating. I'll be chuffed as long as passed all points with 6 & above. It seems impossible at the moment.

Has anyone attended an interview in the Black Country yet? Do you know how many interview panels were present, how was the interview???

I have my interview in Birmingham but I was told I can change to my home area if I wanted. I am wondering if the questions in one of these areas are more straight forward, or one place has nicer interviewers

People who are sharing interview feedback, thanks for the tips guys. A few guys said they are interviewing. Is anyone interviewing in BC or B&S at all? I guess I am thinking too much. Calm Calm Calm :mad:

I would like to share some advice I was given to day for the interview.
5 mins is spent on each competency.
Spend 1 minute on explaining the situation or task.
Spend 3 minutes on the Action you took.
Again 1 minute on explaining the result.

Only you can know what you actually did that fits the framework, read framework, think of something you've done that fits it.

It needs to be yours, and genuine, so that if further questions are asked you can elaborate comfortably.

Why oh why did I not find this site until after my interview! I have applied for South Wessex and had an interview at Swindon on Tuesday (6th) March.

On the Civil Service website my feedback is showing awaiting review on both my Sift and my Interview, should I be concerned?

Well I've just been for my interview this morning and despite loads of preparation and taking notes I still felt I missed the mark. The questions asked were more in relation to the smaller sub headings under the competencies and I was struggling to make my original examples fit. They did ask leading questions but I still felt they were looking for more. They did write everything down but despite doing well on the sift and assessment I feel I have let myself down.

Had my interview today. Made to feel very comfortable and at ease. No idea how I did but my questions were also more about the smaller sections of the whole competency. Really hard then to use same scenario as you end up talking about something not quite relevant. "leading - give an example of when you lead and had to make someone not feel left out or uncomfortable" = lots of waffle from me :-(

Not at all haha! They have 10working days from the date of your interview to post feedback. So dont worry too much
