A 3 is a fail im afraid. Unless Wessex change the rules its highly unlikely you will be offered a position. Sorry

I've finally had my interview feedback....and I am in SHOCK! 8,9,9,8,8

Building Capability - Behavioural Rating 8 Strong evidence. Many positive behavious displayed in the good example used.

Delivering a Customer Focused Service - Behavioural Rating 9 Strong evidence. All elements of the competency were clearly disaplayed in the example used.

Leading - Behavioural Rating 9 Strong evidence. All elements of the competency clearly displayed.

Managing People and Performance - Behavioural Rating 8 Good example used at the interview with most of the competency elements discussed.

Operational Delivery - Delivering a Professional Service Rating 8 Good example used. Most of the tested competency elements clearly demonstrated.

I can't believe it! Just hope it's enough to land me an offer. Though at the bottom of my feedback it says.. 'Please note. This feedback does not mean that you will or will not be offered a position/place on a waiting list. Once all interviews for the vacancies have been conducted you will receive a further notification to confirm the outcome of the interview'.

Saraski- I think we can safely assume you have a definite job offer on the cards with those scores! Well done, they are absolutely awesome! You should be very pleased.

Had my scores back today after being interviewed yesterday- 76555

I have applied for two districts and the scores will be carried over. I think I can count myself out to be honest. I've got 3 weeks left on my FTA contract at the JCP so I was really banking on this one. Nevermind.

Aw thanks but let's be honest- they're not super really good like yours haha! I applied to SW Wales and also to Durham and Tees Valley. I know people up North so more than willing to move and even though I know I haven't failed any of the competencies I have a nagging feeling that those 5s have nailed the coffin firmly shut so to speak. I did quite a bit better with the application competencies.

You should be really chuffed though. Well done

Sweetsarah you had some fantastic scores too! You must be as happy as I am right now. I just hope it's enough to get us a job offer - all depends on the other applicants scores for our areas :S

Are the scores really out of 9?

I think I need a drink! haha.

I would be very surprised if anyone sent you their competencies as that would on the verge of cheating wouldn't it?

You scored a 4 so you've got the bare bones. Now you need to check all the bullet points under the heading and fill it out using ideas from reading the bullet points. They tell you what they want so you just have to put it in! And you are able to say a lot more than you did before with the limit of 200 words.

You will get a lot more guidance from reading back over this thread but you do need patience.

That's all I can offer for now as I have my own interview tomorrow so really must get on!

welshjoe27 why are you counting yourself out? It's only less than 4 that gets you out of the running as far as I know - and it depends what the other applicants for your area got.

Hi,

New to this but been following from the start. Must say some excellent scores coming through. I had my interview on Tuesday and scored 5,5,5,5,5 and I am very pleased! As far as I am aware these are all passes unless someone on here knows otherwise? Congrats to all that have got this far
