Has anyone had their interview for Nottingham yet? I have mine tomorrow... I was very nervous but in a sadistic kind of way I think I am looking forward to it.... I have written out so much stuff and today came across my notes from 2009 and they seem far more basic and I think I am going to use them and just ignore my other notes, although some of it is in my head. I think its going to be a case of thinking on my feet which I can usually do if I keep calm... Deep breaths lol...
I have the whole morning to prepare, but think I will get there early and go for a Costa and enjoy a yummy cappuccino whilst going over my notes...
looking forward to this time tomorrow when its over...

I am probably being overly pessimistic I guess. I know 4 is the pass mark but I just think there will be too much competition. I know of a few people in my district who have done quite a bit better. Who knows though eh? Fingers crossed. Again though, you should be really pleased with those scores, they really are immense.

Just wondering if any east London applicants have received their sift scores yet? I have my interview in a week and would find it really helpful if I had an idea of exactly how I had done in the written competencies.

Also, is it me or are our good friends from the north getting really great scores for their interviews? Well done, nevertheless.

Can anyone confirm whether or not they have seen your application or say you can't use the examples from it? I'm struggling to come up with second examples :-(

Building Capability - Behavioural Rating 8 Strong evidence. Many positive behavious displayed in the good example used.

I can't believe it! Just hope it's enough to land me an offer. Though at the bottom of my feedback it says.. 'Please note. This feedback does not mean that you will or will not be offered a position/place on a waiting list. Once all interviews for the vacancies have been conducted you will receive a further notification to confirm the outcome of the interview'.

How did your scores measure to your written competence? I have been checking my feedback about ten times a day!haha.

1week since my interview, I have ants in my pants!haha.

You are marked on what you say at the interview, it makes no difference whether they have seen your examples or not.
I have been interviewing the last couple of weeks and we have an hour to conduct the interview, agree scores and write up feedback.
I have not had the time to more than glance at the application for a quick overview to get some idea of work record to assist with questions.
It is perfectly acceptable to use the same examples if they fit the questions asked
