Just got my interview feedback - 8,8,7,5,6.

As I had thought, I started to waffle and lost focus for the last 2 questions.

You mean for the online competency? Did you go over 250 words?

as long as you demonstrate it in one competency thats fine as it carries across, look for a time where you had to communicate something and then talk about how you considered the best option for this i.e written, face to face as english may not have been first language and you wanted to ensure your message was clear.
Or talk about delivering a message and how you considered the different needs of the different groups you delivered to.
You just need to show that you are aware of peoples different needs

It was the 5 compentencys you had to do. I'm struggling with the Leading-behaviourial. Got a score of 4 but I need to make it stronger. Anybody got any ideas or examples of there own plz
