also do you need to be a passport sized photo even if you have a passport. i'm getting mixed replies.

    thanks
I had photo drivers licence and expired (less than 6th months) passport and NO additional photo was required. They photocopy everything and asked me to sing it to verify. This was Glasgow last week. Not sure about other districts.

is the interview 45 mins just for asking questions or does it include the time for the paper work needed.

My interview time slot was 1 hour and that I should arrive 20 mins before to complete necessary paperwork/checks. I took a photo AND passport to be on the safe side. My actual interview(one person asking the question, the other writing down the answers) took around 40 mins. Good Luck with the interview, try not to be too nervous as the interviewers will put you at your ease and will prompt you (gently) if they need more info.

My instructions advise me to get there at least 20 mins before my interview time to deal with paperwork. My interview says 1 hour..

I am taking a photo as well as my passport, I don't think its harmful to be over prepared... ;)

My e-mail invite specifically states to bring a passport photo to be used for identification purposes. I aim to bring one as well as my passport as proof of who I am :D

Has anyone who has interviewed for Southern Wessex received their interview feedback yet?
I've just got mine back and unfortunately I don't think I've done nearly enough.
    I got 1x3, 3x4 and 1x5. Not good, right?

Just had to share this---I know it's not useful info. but just for the sake of sharing my terrible experience.

I've just been on the phone to the helpline and must say they sound more frustrated than people applying for the positions. The person I spoke to last time was so polite so it did not matter as much how many of my questions he had answers for but this guy I just spoke to, he was so damn rude. When I told him about what I had been told last time, he wanted to know the name of the person I spoke to and when I did not remember he named all his colleagues (was it A or B or C etc). I asked him if interviewers would have my competencies before the interview and he said "yes". The previous guy had told me they won't & when I mentioned this to him, he said, "Are you testing me???" in a very nasty manner.....& what exactly does he think I would gain by testing him. He would never pass the test if I did really test him but why would I????????? His manner was as rude as it can get. He repeated he would pass my number to the manager who would call me if needed so I put down the phone saying his question was really awkward"
  • Good Afternoon

Just wondering with the whole diversity thing. Im going through my competency feedback and a few of them say that there is no evidence of diversity, its really doing my head in.

I understand diversity, and being able to work diversly. The problem is that i cant tell htem ive been working in the diverse way i would do if i get the EO job, mental

    Any Advice?
