I'm guessing that you were more careful with your grammar when you wrote your competencies. ;)

NO they never ask anything like that it literally is:

Hi my name is ...... this is ....... nice to meet you.
This interview will take around 45 minutes. We will take it in turns to speak and the other record your answers. It is a competency based interview where will ask for some examples of specific scenarios. There is water available and you can use notes to refer to if you have any.

They ask you 5 questions and then if any more info is needed will ask extra questions such as -can you tell us how you measured this or how did you reward your team for meeting performance.

At the end they ask if you have any questions.

    Hope this helps :) x

    * Also they dont have copies of app forms so have no idea what was written or anything about you eg previous employment etc.

    Hi,

I'm trying to prepare for the interviews too, could I ask what competency questions did they ask? Was it exactly the 5 that was on the job advert and did they go into other areas and other competency questions?

    Thanks.

    Hi

I cant remember word for word but they were the exact 5 questions we used for the online sift- I didnt have to alter my answers at all but it did give me the time to elaborate on my answers as the online word count meant the online answers were short.

    Hope this helps x
  • Strange to think it's been over a month, and they still haven't told me to insert my application into a to-go-unnamed orifice. I don't even know why I'm still checking it. Force of habit?

A bit uncalled for, don't you think?

Everyone on here is stressed enough as it is without silly comments from fellow posters.
