I tried to yes - and can see that the 2 6's were a little more general than the 3 I scored 7's on.

I do agree the framework for these competencies were very general. Reading their requirments and the number of points they list under each competency I can see why people went with general answers. I decided to focus on the main heading and did come up with more specific examples that I tried to apply the STAR framework to. Still not easy in 200 words.

I think you two have pretty much given me enough information to know that my application is going straight into the Recycle bin, then delete, then format reload, then computer out the window to add insult to injury

Well done on getting 90+% too :T (though some people on here will accuse you of cheating to get that score :mad:)

Thanks! I wassurprised, as they were mainly management questions, must have a natural flaie for it . No cheating this end. Wouln't have know how to cheat to be honest.

Hi i applied and mine has said on hold from the start and shows awaiting review have the ones that did not get through the test been notified

Yes, they were notified the first week after the test.

Just waiting for the competency scores now.

I think it must be a competency score as they're marked up to 9.

What percentile did you get for the sift test?
