If you have plain unsweetened custard powder, you can use a teaspoon full mixed with a bit of water to replace the egg in some recipes - haven't needed to for years though, so not sure which ones. Probably not a victoria sponge, but a syrupy pud might be ok.Trust me - I'm NOT a doctor!0

Does anyone have any suggestions what i could make i've got a total mind block at the moment none of us have any allergies so nothing to worry about there.
