I'm not too sure about that........... I've just tried to play some video on my TV.. (that I recorded last night direct off my sky box....) and it in deed only played out of one speaker.......
However, earlier today , i used headphones and audio was heard in both earpieces......... (WEIRD)
So i fiddled with the jack plug and phono leads..... and the sound now comes out of both speakers
COOL
I need to go and test the software now
Mate the software is woeful. I'm trying to get an alternative on the net as we speak.0 -
EXCELLENT..... appreciate you letting me know if you come up trumps !!!Don't forget to THANK ME !!0

Yes yes yes! drag the file in, make sure the output is set to your pvr and make sure it's connected. Brilliant!
Still Slow but does not crash like the software bundled with the player. 550mb was converted in about 45mins.0 -
Just because the sound comes out of both speakers does not actually mean it's in stereo if both left and right speakers are playing the same sound.
Record a clip of a movie where the sound in the left ear is different from the right and then you've got stereo.0 -
OK,great, now we are getting somewhere with conversion software.
The above software you found is fast but the converted video is very blocky.
How can we get the video the same quality as the original ?0 -

I contacted goodmans and they offered to send out another software on disc, after finding the above software i had problems with the machine hanging when moving about the menus and have now had to give in.
I'm now taking a refund.
The technician i spoke to was not surprised with my phone call and complaint.
Good Luck to the rest of you.

There are settings in the software, you can put it to high quality, that should do it.0 -
