Since my last reply I have managed to get it working by putting the 3 AV's into the scart and then into the back of the TV but that way I am restricted into only recording from the terrestrial channels (which will be no more when digital kicks in) - Will take a look at your suggestion, will give it a go, thanks.0

Still no good, added to that there is no Mac Software to convert to the obscure format that's required I have decided to get a refund, impressed so far with their customer service, contacted them via their online email link and within 10 minutes had a reply saying they will refund me and will send out a UPS label straight away.0

Delighted with mine for the price but do find the volume very low indeed. Have turned the volume control up and also in the settings, anyone else had this bother? Have contacted their support but no joy0

can anybody provide a link to the arcsoft software please? and does it work with vista? do you have to tweak the settings for it to work with the pvr?0

sorry not been on for a few days. yeah mine goes to 15 as well and up to 4 bars in the settings. it's loud enough to hear but only just and tried loads of files and the same with all of them.
emailed 3 times and phoned and no response and that was 6 days ago
not impressed with Goodmans :mad:0 -
honest_geezer Yep its faulty then.I would be annoyed as well if Goodmans are not doing anything about it.Your stuck with a player thats no good .
