If I make any debit card purchases today, are they likely to go through the system today? I doubt it somehow.
I guess that at the earliest, they would be debited from my account on Monday which is after the end of the month. So even thought I made the purchases in March, would I get the matching cash?0 -
I've taken advantage of last month's (FEBRUARY) offer and this month's (MARCH) offer but noticed a MARKED difference in this months STC credits.
At least 10 genuine DEBIT CARD payments have not been credited (approx 15%) i.e 1 in 6/7
I have not ABUSED the system as my PAYMENTS have averaged well over £12.00 per individual payment totalling just under £1000 in April alone.
I feel there is a marked 'accidental' non-payment of genuine payments by Lloyds TSB which by totalling up my expected returns of £60 plus (obviously limited to £50 in total) still leaves me fractionally under the full entitlement due to the shortfall.

Do the debit card payments show on your statement as having been charged? If they do, it's normal for a 'save the change' transaction to happen at the end of each day they show. If they show on the account, call Lloyds to find out why the STC hasn't happened.
Glad to say mine were done days ago. Now I sit and wait.0 -

Has anyone elses February transactions not yet been matched? From what I remember the money would be matched by 1st April, which is obviously tomorrow and a Sunday so no transactions will be taking place then. I know I didn't manage the full amount but still, money is money! I'll leave it until Wednesday and give them a ring I think if nothing changes.

My February transactions were matched early March when LTSB paid £40 into my Online Saver.
Afahmaep - All of my transactions made in March have been added to STC. My last transactions, made on Wednesday 28th March were added to my STC pot on Friday 30th. Achieving it all was very easy using my Egg savings account. I knew it would come in handy at some point.:DPlease call me 'Kazza'.0 -

Unfortunately I doubt that you will get the matching cash - I had the same issue at the end of Feb: several payments made on 28 Feb which didn't get 'matched' until 1 March and did not count in the February total.
As all of my transactions were 1.01 Egg savings payments, I don't really think I can complain though!0 -
i have a feeling this has already been answered, but can we literally just close the accoutn once the next match has been paid?Yes Your Dukeiness0
