    Morning world!!!

What a day - I am truly feeling the happiness - and it's Friday!!!! :j:j

My loan payments have cleared so I now at the encouraging total of £2290 with another £11.46 paid this morning to keep accounts tidy - good stuff.

I am going having lunch with Mam today which will be lovely - I am going to treat her for a change.

Work is coming along so that pleases me as I was starting to sink after the holidays but slowly getting back on track again. Although it is hard to remain focussed with dreams of the "new" life floating around in my head.

In fact, seen as it's Friday, I am going to throw some numbers around for when I am DF as to how soon before we can build up money towards it. :D

Tonight DH is out for the first time in ages (although like busses now as he is out next week and I am too although my night is more restrained than his as works do and his is boys night out round town!) soooo plans for tonight are forming. I am quite feeling the cooking option (baking maybe?) for tonight......mmmm

    Morning all :)

The days are coming down until I will be DF!!!!

Had a fabulous weekend. Did lots of gardening, baking and cooking with the family. All good stuff. It's those days which are the best, we all had a lovely time in the garden. A taste of the dream life and we didn't even have to move house to acieve it!

It's been prepared for the coming veggies if they appear from the many seeds we have planted. So exciting! And we also have plans for next years too, depending on how well we do this year as it'll cost a few quid to implement it.

So on my simpler life challenge I feel I am coming on in leaps and bounds. All the HM cooking and so on and I have used the airer/line for more than half of the washing - aim to use the line for everything bar towels tho Mr Weather is having a say in that! We had the log burner on instead of the heating which created a lovely cosy atmosphere, a very relaxing and calming effect.

DS is growing up too - he wasn't so much of a handful as normal which is fanatastic as it really is hard when he's in one! DD was so interest in baking - was lovely to see.

Financially I had some spends which were unplanned for - I need glasses so they cost me. Also I bought some other bits which were unplanned for so need to update monies accordingly but being a daft so and so I have left my bank card at home so can't log in to the bank site! Not to worry - I will do so tonight/tomorrow.

Although it's Monday I am in a VERY good mood still :)

Random afterthough....Want to look into HM wine/cider making this year......

Well another wonderful day is upon us!

No more payments given I had an emergency payment to make last week. I will try to make one later on this month but will leave closer to pay day given that I won't have anything left if I do.

Seeds are all in trays and covered with cling film so hope they germinate well. Can't wait to be eating my our own crops!

Have lots of work on today booooo.....!

    Morning world! :D:):)

Well this morning I didn't feel like getting up but I did. How come it's hard to get up for work but easy on a weekend lol.

Menu plan is going well still however today we have our first stumbling block as I was supposed to prepare a fish pie last night but didn't think on so it isn't ready for tonight and will take too long once I get in from work. Will put my thinking cap on.

Work is still busy and making the days go quickly however I still can't get away from looking forward to my new dream life which for those of you who don't know, includes potential for a new business doing something we are passionate about. So I am getting through my tasks as quickly as possible so that I can take some holidays when the kids (well DD as DS isn't at school) are off.

Financially things are ok - back to the usual being tight due to needing glasses which was the unexpected expense. Still all in budget though.

I am now sub 70% to go!!!! :T:T 69.2% left to pay which equates to 21059  however I have paid off 9352 so am pleased with that (that's not including the interest so it would be double with that!)

Loan has 281 to go before it's sub 2k so that will be at the end of this month (paid on 25th) so a merry dance when that happens :)

    Back soon

    Helllllooooooo :D

Well I have been checking on my little seeds and the lettuce are rearing to go, they are sprouting already after 5 days! Looks like they may have appeared yesterday actually so have removed the cling film from above them. Apparently they can germinate in low temperatures which is just as well given how cold it is!

I am going to have to bring the trays inside from the utility I think for a bit of warmth or put a heater in there.

Financially things are ok - I went to Aldi for a mid week top up and spent just shy of £14. Back into making my own bread and doing my own roasts for sarnie meat so it's all good :T

More seeds due next week so I shall get them in ASAP.

I am having the rare occasion of being out tonight and it won't cost me a penny. So looking forward to that. DH is out one night over the w/e so I will have a cook-a-thon then and get some freezer meals made.

Also I am setting myself a challenge of knitting a jumper for myself for xmas. To me love from me :)

    Morning Diary!

Where is the time going? Wow!

Well it's just as well I didn't overpay the "spare" £200 as I have needed £50 of it. I have still overpaid loads this month so I am happy about it still.

Life is plodding along nicely - lots of veggies in the ground and we all have our health as of today so what more could I ask :)

Talking more and more about living the dream. Not long now :T

I have a new stock built up to sell on ebay so shall do that over the next few days.

All is good in my land :D

    Good luck rags!

My toms are looking a bit sorry for themselves after the frost they suffered.

Little update. Finances are doing ok though no overpayments until payday now. Aldi is an absolute godsend, how I ever afforded to shop in Tesco I don't know and I won't be going back.

Days are flying by. I have a birthday party to plan for DS who is 2 soon and lots of work to get completed so I can take time off on school hols.

    Morning diary

Well the days are coming down fast! So is my bank balance unfortunately! I seem to have overspent this month and I know exactly why. I arrange for an over draft before I went on holiday in case of emergency (I don't have any credit cards not cut up) and so knowing this my mentality has led me to overspend. I will be in the black again next week but it's disappointing that I have done this.

Once my account is back on track I am getting rid of it. I obviously can't be trusted :(

Anyway - soon can resolve this but still a bit PO with myself.

A new week so I shall not dwell on this.

This week I have lots to do at work and at home. Going to try and have reasonable nights sleep all week and see how I feel as I have been suffering from tiredness again and going all to pot. Trying to find a healthy balance again including food as a few weeks over induldgement are showing when I put my suit on this morning.

So I will finish a piece of work I am working on and check back in then. If I set myself mini goals then they are more achieveable.
