cheers mate....can you just clarify which HBCD file needs to be extracted (got virtualcd, seems to work ok) and put on the root of the USB ?? and did you drop it onto the usb before or after you put the ISO on with Xboot ??
..then this will resume tomorrow in the quiet times in the office
p.s. I really could do with cracking this tomorrow - I've been given a Windows 7 "project" for the lappy I'm using to do this on which I could do with starting this week

Before/after but before booting it, simplesI seem to remember that you will need to copy the HBCD directory from the Hirens.iso to the root of the USB too
