One thing i just want to highlight for yourself and any other newbies joining us is how important it is to be careful about certain words - if you try to avoid using words like 'failed', 'just' and 'only' because these words are very undermining - we have an agreement to remind each other of this if we do use this sort of words so we can try and be more mindful about them. Thing is its fine to not be able to tick off everything on your list, no matter what it is - we do rollovers here :D.

    You are so right Fairyclicks!!

And here backing that up is Agreement No 1 of The Four Agreements:

    Be impeccable with your Word
Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love.

My take on that is not to "do myself down" and to give myself credit for what I do and not beat myself up over what i don't do!

    Debt-free and Proud!
Ummmm good morning world :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I have managed to sleep most of the day and just woke up :o I did get up to go to my course this morning but had a total wobbly and couldn't leave the house, cried for about an hour over that and had OH not sure whether to strop or hug me :o

We eventually managed to go out together to leave the car in to get looked at - this was part of the problem with leaving the house this morning. The plan last night was i would drive to course, he would leave car in and do other bits he needed to while car in, after course meet and get lunch. But woke up and OH said he was exhausted, arm sore etc so i could leave car in on way to course and get taxi there then collect on way back. In his head (and mine) it made sense but it was just too much for me to do all at once. i was already hyper anxious about course without adding extra 'complications' in. So despite all that my positive for today have been:

I didn't force myself to go to the course - usually i would have been telling myself how daft i was being and pushing myself into going. Although i was upset i just thought "if you can't go you can't go its not the end of the world". :D

I did get myself calmed down enough to go out with OH to leave the car in for a check over. :D

    We got lunch out :D

We walked about while waiting on car so i got a bit of exercise :D

Ok all of the above took a lot out of me and so i have slept for about 7 hours today as a result, but thats ok cos i needed the sleep obviously.

I am now going to do

    Superpoints
    Swaggers up to 650
    check ebay
    get something to eat
watch some netflix and no doubt go back to sleep around 1am cos am still exhausted!

Tomorrow is another day and i might even get lots done as i will be well rested :D :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    xxxxxx

Right - Doing my list for tomorrow now as Xan has his bladder assessment at GOSH tomorrow so not sure how much time I'll get tomorrow. I'm not sure what they are doing but I'm stressing as to me getting him continent is one of the biggest barriers to him having a normal life, and he's getting to the age now where he is noticing that he is in nappies when his school friends are in pants - god I'm bawling now! Silly Mare! Anyway - list before Friday....
