CountingPennys - looks like your doing great today with your list...have you found its helped a little or too early to tell yet!?

Hi Sammy, i can confirm it has helped! I failed on the crying, and i never got round to sorting the cupboard out, but i'm happy with 8/10! The thing is, if i hadn't wrote them down, i probably wouldn't have done them! I'm looking forward to coming back tomorrow and trying again.

Thankyou to EVERYONE for such a warm welcome. Makes me feel all warm inside :o

Off to bed now. My pain killers kinda knock me out.... and i'm falling asleep as i type this, :rotfl:

CP - i am sooooo glad to hear that you feel the challenge has helped already :) that makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside :D

One thing i just want to highlight for yourself and any other newbies joining us is how important it is to be careful about certain words - if you try to avoid using words like 'failed', 'just' and 'only' because these words are very undermining - we have an agreement to remind each other of this if we do use this sort of words so we can try and be more mindful about them. Thing is its fine to not be able to tick off everything on your list, no matter what it is - we do rollovers here :D.

I can understand the desire to have a day without being tearful but it will come, you'll see ;) in the meantime if you need to cry then be gentle on yourself - its just your body's way of trying to deal with feelings of being overwhelmed - its doing what its supposed to so its definitely not a failure of any kind ;)

Hope that makes sense hunibee, big fairy hugs xxxxx

:j:j:j:j Horray! Horray! the results are in - The treatment has worked, I no longer have to worry about liver cancer! the disease will progress no further:j:j:j:j:j:j

Still can't quite believe it - you always think the worst but the crappiness feeling is down to anaemia and the cause of that has been identified so should start feeling better after 20th March! It's still going to take about a year for me to feel back to normal after treatment but it's all looking very positive.

FC my day was ok, felt better after going to the gym, and need to stay in a positive frame of mind for the SW thing otherwise I won't do it and continue feeling carppy... I hate being on my own all day though, that is when I start thinking about stuff and getting down.

    List today:

pick up a new look order and more than likely return it
get some 'coralicious' nail varnish if they still do it as the colour makes me happy
