    Afternoon all,

Today didnt quite work out as planned not managed anything from Dustys list but have scrubbed the kitchen, managed to open a cupboard and smash a jar of marmalade first thing so work tops, cupboard doors and then the floor where it smashed again all needed sorting, in the end I emptied all lower cupboards cleaned them out wiped down the doors (lower & upper) and scrubbed down the tiles. Then at lunch DD1 spilt squash over the other side of the kitchen so that side has been cleaned as well. All equipment wiped down apart from oven which i will do when tea is over. SO whatever day the kitchen is on I will substitute it for todays list.

Otherwise DW x2, Wm x2 and for the first time in ages have had a wash load outside and its dried!

    QUOTE]

Sorry to post again but I don't know how to put more than one quote in a post :o

I don't want to delete him as the problem is I really like him. It's just that he blows hot and cold and it does my head in.
I mean I haven't heard from him since a text on NY and a very quick call but he text and phoned shortly after I posted basically asking me to visit him as he misses me. If he misses me so much why does he hardly bother?! I can't keep doing all the running

DD2's dad's just been to collect his birthday presents. I didn't have chance to make him a cake but he wasn't bothered and we're all bound to go out for a meal when either of us have some money.
I've unloaded DW, just going unload WM and load it into TD :D

I'm hoping that tomorrow will be Kitchen day as its a bomb site again :o I find I work so much better when I'm told what jobs to do otherwise I just flit all over the place and nothing gets done :o

DD2 is meant to be finishing her room and I'm just going to force DD1 up there too :) I want it hoovered and dusted and I don't see why should have to do it they are 13 & 16!!

Oh guys this is a stinker of a list isn't it? Never mind as our lovely Toots would say' Head down and batter on' :rotfl:and I will watch from the sidelines:rotfl::rotfl:
Yep you are right you are all special and so is everyday so I'm empowering you to use your 'best stuff'. I have my lunch off of one of 3 lovely plates which are all mine each day. I used the lovely charity shop wine glasses each day, have broken 4 of the 5 but the joy I got from using them.

Just finishing lunch and then back to the grind.

Feeling much more energised today for trying to drink 3 pints of water, have had to make many visits to the clean loo though :rotfl:
well done with the water Dusty my lovely friend x

Evening all, my day has not went to plan. Course this morning, trip to argos for stairgate, chemist run, then Eva up. Boys got home and all homeworks done.

I have managed to get the fire lit, bring in sticks, put up stairgate, do 3 loads washing, put wet clothes over clothes horse, make dinner.

Now i'm gonna clear and wipe table, load dw, feed Bo, get boys ready for their clubs, change wm and td loads. :D

I'll get the proper list done when i get home..
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

Good to see you posting Toots. I have a weight watchers lemon drizzle cake recipe if you want it?

Just waiting for the BR to be empty long enough to start on the list, but in the meantime I will do some ironing if anyone needs to join me for HHI.

  • Have found another concealed breakage courtesy of my cleaner today and, having done some cleaning here myself, am realising how dirty she has allowed my home to get! So tomorrow I shall let her go - it's a waste of money to do otherwise. I'll see how I get on on my own for a while and then replace her if need be. Here's today's list:

Well do the bathroom and windows once the children are out of it :d. ?Ironing I will do tomorrow once kids are in bed. Only way I think that ?I can shift marks on wall is to paint the wall. Marks just do not want to shift unless they come of with the paint too!
