  • To be fair, the OP hasnt posted in 10 months.. so I am pretty sure that she has gotten a bag by now and doesnt care about this thread, especially as she hasnt posted in that time or responded to any of your posts.

I am also pretty sure that people that have come onto this thread looking for an easyjet bag would rather have it pointed out to them that the dimensions are bigger, and should they want to buy a bag that they can use on easyjet AND other airlines, they can use our suggestions.

    Fair comment.
I for one thought the reply by alex k was very useful,i have bought the XL technique bag for £9.99 and will use it for my easyjet flights.
I always take as much as i can back to spain and the extra size and unlimited (within reason) weight means i can take more of what i can buy much cheaper in the uk than in spain, back with me.
My wife and i make at least 12 return trips every year and the extra we can bring back mounts up to quite a lot over this period......it might only be tea bags and gingernuts to you but it's life and death to us;);)

It seems everybody is missing the point of the op's request.......EASYJET HAND LUGGAGE........not ryanair or flybe, scuttle airlines or dan air,but THE LARGER EASYJET SIZE ALLOWANCE......56 x 45 x 25....where can he buy a carry-on of this size for easyjet ONLY......i know,i know, what a fool......but this was the request.....so the XL Technique (on ebay) fits the bill exactly, but is a soft shoulder bag sort of thing so may bulge if really stuffed full.....but this is the definative answer,i'll get me coat.

Yes, PLEASE don't confuse this thread by including bags which will fit Ryanair etc. There are loads of bags which will do that, but it is very difficult to find bags which take advantage of the extra size allowance offered by Easyjet. The Easyjet size (56 x 45 x 25) may not sound much bigger than the others (55 x 40 x 20), but it gives you nearly 50% more room (63 litres instead of 44 litres). I travel a lot with Easyjet, and it was such a relief to find a source of information about the right sized bags. I bought one of the bags listed here, and I still keep an eye on other people's suggestions. So I for one would be very grateful if the thread could stick to its original point: the biggest possible hand luggage for Easyjet!

I bought one of these World's Lightest Grey Trolley Case £29.99 and am very pleased with it. Should be good for both Easyjet and Ryanair.

    Size H56, W36, D19.5cm.
    Lightweight 1.73kg.
    30 litre capacity.
