Gutted! Picked up the Southern Fried chicken and when went through till it asked cashier if it was £2.50? So she looked at them and noticed promo wasnt coming off and so adjusted price! Damn! Although did manage a pack of toastie bags though!

Morning all. Got to decide whether to go to a friends for coffee or put her off until next week and go to T's on a cocolate egg hunt instead!
Are both lots still scanning 1p this morning???
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.
  • Gah! Just got back from Tesco, they had loads of Mini Eggs with correct barcode and loads of Andrex on the go, picked up about 8 mini eggs and 5 bog rolls, went to the self serve and realised I had forgotten my wallet! So had to ask SA to cancel:o
I wonder if she put them back or just took the rest of the shelves, hope I haven't ruined it for everyone else:o:o:o:o The SA was really nice so hopefully put them back!

Oh, and got home and realised my wallet was in a secret compartment in my bag (bag is new and forgot about that pocket):o

    Oops.

People still reporting the boots vitamin glitch working today
    Hope this helps
Checked my receipts from yesterday for every 6 shots you buy it takes off 9 x 1.99 at the same time buy 6 vitamins and the till also takes of 2 x the cheapest of those
Best deal is the 79p essential vitamins which then makes £2.81 of the rest of your shopping
    Happy hunting xxx

    Morning MSE'rs,

Gutted about the quiz, I finally get all 10, but the page took 3 attempts to load and my time is awful :(

Heading to my local express shortly, found 2 scratch cards in some long forgotten paperwork, and they are both winners! So that's another fiver to spend on glitches :)

I just realised I have quite a few eggs in stock so may put my new-found pastry making skills to the test again with a quiche.

I'm a bit housebound today (Virgin man coming to fit my TiVo) so no time for shopping so it may just turn into a 'Whoopsie Quiche' using whatever I can find rather than a 'proper' quiche.

    Superb :T

    Picture please ;)

Whoopsie quiche would be a fab money saving meal.

I'm doing another casserole today as I picked up 3 bags of casserole prepped veggies last night for pennies. Also have stacks of casserole steak that was whoopsied a week or 2 ago. I've thrown in a few other bits n bobs and a tail end of a cono sur bottle.

This of course will have more suet dumplings in toward the end of cooking.

2 days of meals for next to nowt. :T

    No problem
As with any glitch we all need to be cautious as they can spot/pull it at any time
The fcuk one worked the same way and wasn't pulled it was just a struggle to find the lip balm then
    Cheers xx
