i did manage to get £30 out of it before it kept my card but ive already spent £25 so ive only got a £5 left, do you think if i go into my bank with a statement and id they could just let me get cash out of my account?

I think I've found an item (don't want to say what it is yet) on the Tesco Direct website where the description title doesn't match up with the description detail or model number (i.e. there's two versions of this product and they've worded the title in such a way as to read it's the cheaper version, but the detailed description and model number refer to the more expensive version). Members own previous direct experience on this would be helpful, I've read Directs Ts&Cs and they don't really cover this scenario.

I have ordered a mis price twice, first time was a vtech storio and they did give me the right item in the end after a lot of complaining but second time was a children supermarket and they just gave refund. I think it depends who you get on the phone, it's worth a try anyway because they will offer a gift card & refund for your inconvenience if it doesn't turn out to be the right item or will exchange for right item

Haha, not a stupid statement & I actually did get down & have a good check that the wheel was not falling off!!!lol Its a Freelander 52 about 60000miles, we've had it for 6 years & its always made a clunk when you drive over pot holes or speed bumps on that side, I have no idea about cars but to me it sounds like metal hitting metal, as tho the suspension is not doing its job. If that makes sense. But this morning it sounded so much worse!

If you go to your bank with a form of ID they prefer Photo IDs and account info, they should let you, with my bank i could withdraw upto £100 a day this way, when it happened to me, its so annoying though, Hope your card turns up quickly:)
