It felt soooo good to phone my credit card and say "I'd like to clear my balance and close my account please" NEVER thought that was going to happen!! Been stuck with a sore throat so no T's for me, had to decline an offer made by mum of going to T's and some other shops yesterday because I just felt so:(.

I think i have found a glitch but cant work it out from my receipt. Working on it. Does anyone know what the offer is on desserts where the cheapest is free. Searched but cant find it. My receipt shws a deeuction for desserts cheapest free but it was not advertised. Im gonna try and suss it

Also, while i remember, the mcvities temtations that someone reported scanning at 30 something pence, sel said £1.99 but scanned at 10p.

Bacofoil Turkey foil RTC 25p in my Extra today :j Was £1.50. It's the extra wide stuff, I usually use the value stuff and it is a bit more substantial. I will cut it into sheets, which also keeps your scissors sharp.

Also returned two packs of vitamins to Boots, minus receipt, trouted on tills by two SAs "no you can't return vitamins", so I said ok never mind. Was just collecting my free FB Lancome samples on my way out, but Lancome woman wasn't there, Clarins woman fetched the Pharmacy manager (who said she used to be the Beauty manager) she said as they are 3 for 2 the till allows you an exchange of one full price, one half price. She put it on a gift card and offered me the new Estee Lauder perfume sample too. Result!

looks like all Xmas sweets and chocolates are down to 1p today !!! ( from the look of posts here - I haven't been out of the house - cannot face any mroe chocolate!)

I said surely you know its happened to a few people already today and as it looks ok to begin with its just going to keep happening! and she just looked at me stupid and said i cant do anything the machine people will come if its reported and realise.
I told her i reported it to my bank but was told to report in instore and they can call who ever it belongs to, but again all i got was a stupid look and she turned her back to me and pretending she was doing something.

its really wound me up and now stuck with no card to buy shopping until my new one comes

Exactly the same thing happened to me in T's a few months back. Security guard put a notice on it in the end because CS wouldnt!! I had to wait 10 days for a new debit card and went mad arguing why they couldnt just send me that one back or when they refilled the machine couldnt they just get it out:o:o:o I won't use T's machines anymore..
