    Re vitamins for youngsters, don't know if this is available to everyone but we got ours subsidised from our GP surgery/via our HV and depending on circumstances they can be free. Think it applies if you have children under the age of 5 and/or are pregnant.

    Talking of coupons, just seen the following from Nudge on the Coupon thread

    Morning All

    There is a Tesco advert in todays newspapers for a Free
    £5 Voucher off next weeks shopping when you spend £40
    or more on shopping this week
    Also valid online at www.tesco.com/groceries

    It's not an actual coupon in the paper - think you will be given it in-store when you spend £40 and you can then use it off next weeks shop
