    Morning guys :j :j

Can't remember now if I told you last night, but Mr 3Dogs tripped over a chair when getting up at slimming class and fell in a heap. I thought the worst, with his sciatica, but he got up laughing saying that the fall had frred the nerve and the pain was gone  He was walking fine after that, had a good night and is ok this morning other than a slight pain in his leg, so it does look like the fall released the trapped nerve somehow :D The doc did say that it comes on very suddenly and can go just as suddenly, so it seems he was right :j Had a message from local hospital to contact them regarding physio, so going to ring them later to make his appointment as still want them to have a look at it and give him some exercises to keep it away and advice what to do if it comes back

Perfect thank you so much :)

Is the boots glitch still running today?
Is it 6 shots and 6 vitamins or 3 vits& 6 shots? Im still confused by it :p

Oh and goood morning everyone :)

Yes, still working, you want 1 shot per vit, so 6 for 6 etc but best to go for multiples of 3 or 5, with 15 being the one to go for maximum discount!:D

    Sorry Morning all!!

Been meaning to do this for a while, pay BT line rental upfront for a year, and it saves you £55.20 compared to the 12 months, monthly line rental.

Just done it, online, dead easy, five minutes if that, payment by debit or credit card.

    :) Another £55 saved against last year's expenditure :D

I did this in the summer and not only does it save money it is easier to see what is billed and reduces the direct debit amount, would defo recommend even if you can't really afford it (like me) as it really helps.

Fab news on mr3dogs - it's often like that with back pain but I wouldn't suggest it as a cure you never know what other damage can occur
OH has a bad back and did similar - slipped in the bath and it 'fixed' his particular pain - good job as I didn't fancy trying to get a 6 foot 3 well built out of the bath on my own

    Afternoon all!

Glad some people are getting their wine orders in.

Great deal...if there was a glitch at Rt Hon T where 3 bottles of wine cost £2.50 then I'm sure quite a lot of us would be warming up our cars/bikes/legs as we speak. :rotfl:

But for the wine to be delivered to your door in this chilly weather is just awesome! :D

My order is currently being picked. :j
