    Morning guys :j :j

Can't remember now if I told you last night, but Mr 3Dogs tripped over a chair when getting up at slimming class and fell in a heap. I thought the worst, with his sciatica, but he got up laughing saying that the fall had frred the nerve and the pain was gone  He was walking fine after that, had a good night and is ok this morning other than a slight pain in his leg, so it does look like the fall released the trapped nerve somehow :D The doc did say that it comes on very suddenly and can go just as suddenly, so it seems he was right :j Had a message from local hospital to contact them regarding physio, so going to ring them later to make his appointment as still want them to have a look at it and give him some exercises to keep it away and advice what to do if it comes back

Great news for Mr 3dogs :j:j Now you know what to do if it returns ;)
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

I don't recall him ever gambling in his life, however he was 57 when I was born so he could have been in previous years, we all used to gamble once a year on the Grand National but my mum took care of the actual betting.....

This jogged my memory, I was in Boots C/Point on Saturday and SA said she thought 75% sale would start on 20th but they only let staff know 1 day before. HTH

Thanks bob, was there much left? Personally I can't see it starting on a friday but you never know. Hope not 20th as mum has a hopspital appointment. I am surprised they have kept to a wednesday for last few years as it's not always been the case.

See you all later, off out for a bit.
