Getting quite bored with the Pat story on it now it's sooooo depressing but no I didn't see Nick/Wicksy Every Loser Wins Berry on there, where was he? Things have been quiet for him since he left Heartbeat about 20 years ago lol

David Wicks though, now he looks much better these days...mmm:T

They have the yummy hot pud texture of a steamed sponge.

'Crispy edges' are actually quite nice though. You wouldn't have heard complaints from me.

Confession time - Fourp asked today how to get an Avatar on his details. So I told him. But said no point as you can't see them... he said he can see everyones Avatars under their names ...?????...
..Why couldn't I then?

Went to settings tonight & discovered an unticked 'Show Avatar' box...:o

May I say how lovely everyones Avatars are & mine too :rotfl:(now I can see them..)

Yep I'm in that camp too!

And thanks lovely, I might bake the peaches with cinammon and mixed spice, puree them and stir half into a vanilla sponge mix and drizzle the other half of the puree over the top or into the icing....playing around with recipes in my head all the time :D

Went to T's earlier, had to do the dreaded 'proper shop' :rotfl: Was half way round, had all my fresh bits and bobs from the fridges, meat, milk cheese that kinda stuff, was walking along and out of nowhere my brain decides to remind me that my purse is in my backpack which is at home :eek::eek:.

Cue a walk to the CS desk to ask if they can look after my trolley while I go home to get my purse as I've forgotton it :o:o:o:o
The guy couldn't have been nicer though, he even put it in the chiller out the back even though I said I wouldn't be more than 20 mins. Don't mind saying I've forgotton it if something doesn't scan cheap but to actually have forgotton it doing my proper shopping! What a brass neck!

Needed that drink, cheers

evening all hope i haven't missed much or any glitches!
will have to catch up tomorrow evening.

Used 5 persil non-bio coupons at Mr S today, thought it would be an interesting experience! told the SA that I had bought 5 and had 5 coupons and explained that I had the right product. He was bemused by how I got them, I said the internet :o he then said "oh not sure about them then will have to ask a supervisor if they are okay" Supervisor gave the all clear! :T:j however I was a bit embarrassed as the SA kept asking where I got them from, my answer - health and beauty online magazine:eek::rotfl::rotfl::o

EDIT: Going back there tomorrow to pick up another 5! might use the Self scan as it doesn't ask too many questions!
