Yep I'm in that camp too!

And thanks lovely, I might bake the peaches with cinammon and mixed spice, puree them and stir half into a vanilla sponge mix and drizzle the other half of the puree over the top or into the icing....playing around with recipes in my head all the time :D

That'd be nice. Or if you don't feel like baking just pop em in a pan with a good knob of butter and brown sugar until soft and caramelised.

Serve hot with a scoop of icecream or custard or better yet, on the top of a piece of French toast!!
