:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:cmon ta f*** why would i buy them av been working from the early hrs and have just sat on my @rse. Not been to Ts for a couple of days it's all the lurkers that live in scumhill that don't have the balls to post on here or just don't care. If you are in there like me you will know what i mean weans screaming and the parents sceaming louder it's a joke and it makes me feel sick to the stomach that some kids are dragged up instead of getting a decent chance in life, but i know what maryhill and the areas around it are like thats why i moved to Bearsden so that my kids have a chance in life and i have been here for 8 yrs now and it has worked my DD1&2 are both doing well at high school and DD3 is great in the local primary, my only worry is my 14 month old boy as he is a destructive little **** and is trying ma patience but as always i :)

I spend a lot of my time on here trying to decide who would be better to go and live with, Nikkilala or Jumblejack? Then LadyLeenie comes along and tells Toni what they are having for lunch and my indecision increases.

I think a big house living with both, Nikkilala's three freezers of whoopsie's, Jumblejacks cooking skills, Lady Leenie's cooking experience & Czerny's ways to get the full potential from DTD & glitches, Frequent can do the decorating (not cooking), Fudgetoo's skills of finding things no one else can find

sorry to quote myself but thought if anyone was interested then you might like an update.........
yesterday was told it was being investigated and would be called back so no call yesterday, she finally called me back today at 5.40pm to tell me she had investigated it and as far as the store is concerned they have paid the money to me but between the store and tescos bank it was decided it was a mistakeb as both transactions were made in the same minute and same amount so someone cancelled the second transaction!!!! so i have now got to go on a 40mile round trip back to the store again!! to finally have my payment re issued!

so i'm glad it is getting sorted but this has really got on my nerves. Ive spoke to HO 4 times, the store 5 times, my bank, visa and made the 40 mile round trip to the store and now ive got to go back to the store again!!

So anyone out there who gets dtd paid to them in 2 transactions for the difference always check that you have received the money!! I'm totally rubbish at checking my bank statements never checked before it was only after hearing mymerrywidow and her problem with the same thing and my hubby telling me to check mine that i realised! Makes you wonder how many other people have been ripped off by t's in this way????
well done. it takes a lot of time and effort though, but its worth it.

Just a heads-up to everyone, the offer on the pyrex ends on Sunday so might be worth going into your stores on Monday to see if you can get DTD on these, for instance the baking trays are reduced from £8 to £5.50 giving a possible DTD of £5 making them £3 :D

Kadison the maths doesn't make sense anyway as you will see,

You get 1 free shot per 1 lot of vitamins

Vitamins are 3 for 2 so assuming you buy 3 you get 3 free shots and would pay only for 2 vitamins.

The shots are also coming up on 3 for 2 so assuming you buy 3 vitamins at 79p, 2 are chargeable but you end up with credit of 41p as the extra £1.99 on the "free" 3 for 2 shot comes off.

This is where is gets strange, the same principle works for 6 vits and 6 shots BUT you get 1 extra £1.99 come off so you would get a £2.81 credit for 6 shots and 6 x 79p vits.

Most people haven't been trouted, surprisingly but just make sure your other items cover the negative although it seems that a trout will spot a problem whichever way you give them to be scanned. HO however say that the deal can't be altered instore and they must honour it but I overheard that yesterday with SA on phone. They were lovely about it though no problems at all.
    Have fun!

    Vitamins on 3 for 2 / 79p + 79p + (79p) 0p = £1.58 Free in brackets

    Shots on 3 for 2 / £1.99 + £1.99 + (£1.99) £0.00 = £ 3.98

    Shots also free / -£1.99 + -£1.99 + -£1.99 = -£5.97

    £1.58 + £3.98 = £5.56 - £5.97 = -41p

Thanks for explaining that to me guys, off to try it now!

Think how much we could save and stash if we all lived together:eek:...all our skills combined (not sure of mine yet) we would have stashes "a la extreme couponing" in a matter of days:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

And am I the only one here that doesn't actually want to use up my stashes? I would rather starve and admire them than actually eat into them! Kind of defeats the object I guess but everyone's got to have a hobby and at least mine is cheap!

PS I don't really starve but I do add WAY more than I use...:)
:) Learn from the past, enjoy and appreciate the present and work to make your future the best it can possibly be :)

    And get lots of glitches!
