I'm with you on the chicken but I agree, I've always held to the mantra of 'aim for the gold and you might get silver or bronze, aim for the bronze and you might get nothing'

The initial 2 stone, about 4 months. Took me about 2 years to get to 4 1/2 stone loss and then, with Mam in pallitive care up in the North East for the past 15 months and travelling up and down every month or so, plus stress of money worries, etc, I was back to 2 stone 2 lbs loss but back on track and lost 2 1/2 lbs this week. I use s/world but, with my lack of mobility, I find it slow work ........ but worth it

Mr 3Dogs lost 7 1/2 stone in about 18 months and got to the s/world finals 2 or 3 years ago, but, due to the same reasons, he has put a lot of it back on, and his current immobility with sciatica hasn't helped, so he is on about 4 stone loss now

Oh, forgot to say was very upset about doc appointment so went to Mr T's Kn0cknag0n3y I got a finest Blueberry? trolley suitcase for £13 only one on shelf but may be others in different stores, they had other holdalls and suitcases reduced.
Also they had a lot of camping stuff reduced pop up 2 man tent for £4.75, beach sun shade for £7, binoculars 87p, pink floral sleeping bag for £2 odds, same fleece pattern £2 odds and lots of other things but just can't remember what they were.
I got a Wimbledon PE bag for 22p

I must just have missed you today. Saw the empty gaps for the Finest b'berry (strange name) suitcases so glad someone form here got them. Binoculars were all gone but I did get light up tent pegs, a £7 sun shade, 22p Prince Wimbledon canvas bags (great for the beach me thinks) and Value branded tripod stools (think 3 legged fishing seat) for 74p each. Not much else there today so had to console myself with a trip down t'road and a DDTD (see previous post).

Hope you're feeling better hon and you know where I am if you need anything, even if it's just a virtual hug :beer:
