Found nothing of interest at my local T's today. They always seem to be very on the ball. Sadly for me....plus the minor issue of a lack of freezer space. Really need to use things up.

Jobs in a bit....collect my girl from school and get things ready to take her off to her swimming lesson. Can't wait to get out of the house.

I cooked my gammon joint earlier, is it right that some of the meat looks almost red? I'm reasonably sure it's cooked but the other parts of the joint are pink/pale pink...

Got it out of the steamer and sliced it up anyway, but bits of it keps flaking off and falling into my mouth :rotfl: "whoops!"

A few days ago there was a post on here from a gentleman grumpy** I'm sorry I don't remember the exact ID,but he made it clear how much of a lifeline to him this thread is. I found this thread after a lot of searching and it is a lifeline to me as well as many of us on here I'm sure.

Please don't close the thread, so much useful info gets shared on here because there are so many people who contribute. The main T£$c0 thread also has some excellent things but it doesn't have half as many posts as this.

We have a great community here so please let's carry on helping each other out as much as we can...we have so much to offer and everybody who reads can benefit from that...;)

3 DOGS WHERE ARE YOU? animal0019.gifanimal0019.gifanimal0019.gif
YOUR list keeping is needed again. i've been told that happychappy is reluctant to return, as hes taking more notice of the few against him as opposed to the many that enjoys his banter. so i'm calling all 11+ers to vote for happys return by a show of support.
so if everyone could post a message (many have done so already) to say come back and highlight it in say blue, so 3dogs easily see it. 3dogs as i know you read every post can you then put it into a list. thanks. so come back happychappy we miss you.

OK, I am catching up at the moment and have to take the dogs out and pop to vets but will start the list when I get back - good idea by the way as we do [STRIKE]want[/STRIKE] need Happy back :j

so if anyone wants to leave a message for HC, as Zippy says, leave that message in blue and I will add to list to encourage the little :A back
