only read back about 5 posts... BUT someone has said Happychappy has been banned????!!!!! WHY??? whats happened?? what have i missed???

    BRING BACK HAPPYCHAPPY!!!

    Whos banned him?

    Sunshine see below...

Just to clarify for all concerned, the user you all know about had multiple warnings about tone, language and, numerous times, using spacing in words to avoid our swear filter. This included examples of the C and F word, amongst others. We had a lot of complaints and despite (we believe) giving the user a multiple of opportunities to amend posting style, they were seemingly ignored.

Ultimately this is a private, family forum and we have to apply our Rules fairly to all users. We cannot accept disregard for our policies which are in place to ensure this remains a polite and courteous place for all to visit, no matter what contributions users have made.

Obviously you may choose to disagree with this if you wish, as is your right, but disrupting this thread, and specifically starting "bring back" or poll threads isn't constructive. I'm sorry it's come to this, but I felt we needed to explain that this isn't a random account block for no reason. Please treat this as a single statement and don't discuss further on here.

i like quirky characters, only woman working with men for last 10 yrs. Now those, who complained know the consequence. Had a lousy day, so only just heard the news too. Actually, thought the gay stuff was the most offensive and i'm a married woman:eek:

this is my only comment. love the forum. Saving my life and buying me a flat on a rubbish wage:T

:rotfl::rotfl: It's all those 90% discounts that do it!

No whoopsies bought this evening, store seemed more on the ball than normal, only things in chiller cabinet were dated for tomorrow, so just 25% off.

  • Crikey what a rip-off! I normall.........interrupted there by a nice crash as a trolly just clattered my car.....wen't to look and a lady said it was let go from high up the carpark and hit about 3 cars on the way down. Grrrrrr

Anyway, rip off tesco! Their own brand biere speciale is normally 2.44 a case...then of course at xmas they put it up to 2.69 a case. Low and behold tonight its 2.99 a case!! The only reason I let it go tonight was I'd got 12 packs of the huggies pure wipes on b1g2f and had 12 £1 off vouchers so the beer only actually cost 1.35.

Huggies wipes b1g2f???? £1.00 off vouchers.....??!!! please tell me more French. :) x

  • Poor HappyChappy :(

Heres to hoping he will be back with us soon..... yeah he did make some very 'tounge in cheek' comments - but we are all well aware of how HappyChappy operates... and know that he actually means no harm whatsoever... just his sense of humor...

anyways.... im sure he will be back, in some way or another.
