Artha, Everything in the sale is 75% off. If you get there early when they open from my experience theirs usually not many people there as they don't advertise it. It's a great sale and well worth going to and don't forget you can get boots points too;)
Thanks (and to Lady Leenie for similar post). OH has now come in and given me a shopping list for Sanctuary and Extracts gift sets to use as presents! I didn't realise when I signed up to be a house-husband that getting up early and going to the sales was part of the contract:rotfl::rotfl:Awaiting a new sig0 -

There was an old boy who used to do what you describe too but I got that stopped too
I'm all for sharing and enjoying my bargains with others but fairs fair and I won't stand for people repeatedly doing this.
If I get beaten up I will :rotfl::rotfl:
My best whoopsies are at the Co-op or Morrisons in Totnes.
I get some really good meat reductions because most of that town are veggies and a bit posh, so not bothered about reductions !!
That's my closest town but it doesn't have a Tesco of any shape or form......Can't be many left in the country! My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0 -

It's gotten run down over the years but they are supposed to be revamping it all, go on science adventure centre and then look at big melt & steel heritage
I am from Rotherham so have been a few times, I am also just up the road from the hotel QPR recommended
It looks good....my 15 year old son would enjoy that!
We were amused at the TV newss a couple of years back when Jamie Oliver had gone into the schools in Rotherham to educate the kids into eating healthily, and it showed some of the mums pushing chips and mars bars through the fence to sell to the kids.
"That's my old school" he said "It's not changed much!"My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0 -
I am catching up but before it gets too late, I'd thought I'd post pics of my evening meal a la slimming world
Roast Turkey Breast with mixed salad and herby new potatoes (done like chips in halogen), followed by home made rice pudding with banana - and it was yummy :j By the way, I did resize the pics but they stayed big
I'm going to be joining you on SW, i'm starting 24 Jan.
Did you say there was a SW thread somewhere on MSE? I couldn't find it.
I wanted to ask someone what else I could have instead of the milk allowance (I don't like milk, or drink tea or coffee)0 -

Ahhhhh Woolies. Those were the days
I used to love the pick 'n' mix. Do you remember Leisure World as well?
Our Saturdays revolved around
-meeting Dad in town after he finished work
-getting lunch in the place that used to be where Past Times is now at the back of Boots, had tables with big fish tanks along them
-then came Leisure World! the most amazing toy shop in Belfast, always packed and we got to pick out a toy eventhough it wasn't our birthday or nothing
Woolies pick 'n' mix, then the other shops came after these, the most important parts done, kids and Dad happy, Mum could go where ever she wanted and no one minded.
We so loved those daysSPC #329 £471/£500 banked
SPC 2014 £1100:D
